Crave More... Exercise

I've hit the nail on the head when it comes to healthy eating; the recipes I cook are full of goodness and outweigh the occasional dining out indulgence (and the food my eyes eat up over on Pinterest), but there is one thing that goes hand in hand with healthy eating and it's not something I can shout so loudly about; exercise has never been my forte.

Sombreros And Ballet

Last week we had the warmest day of the year (as of yet!), and it just so happened that was the day that Keighley and I were headed to Norwich for a day out -  building up towards an exciting evening at the theater, we will get to that later.

The City was ours to do as we pleased until sunset.

We began with ice-cream - as all of the best sunny days out do!

Covent Garden British Beauty Box

Burberry is an iconic brand, one that I admire for their timeless and high quality clothing and accessories; but I had not yet delved into the beauty side of the brand. That was bound to change. I found myself in the Burberry Beauty Box a few weeks back. You're instantly transported into the world of Burberry; surrounded by bright lights, high tech, new launches and charming staff to take you away from the chaotic Covent Garden.

The Best Burger In Cambridge?

Following an exciting evening event at the new Cambridge Space NK store, my friends and I needed something to soak up the champagne and fill up our rumbling stomachs. The thought of food quickly resulted to us running down the staircase to the fairly new, underground burger heaven: Butch Annies

If you have read my last post then it may look like there's a burger theme going on, but this burger is the complete opposite; a rich, messy and meaty burger - bloody delicious!

Feta And Chickpea Burgers

A mighty meaty burger is one of the greatest pleasures in life... the messier, the better!

But, I believe in balance and moderation - so if you fancy a cheesy burger, then go for one (remember, quality over quantity), but if you're anything like me and get regular burger cravings then there needs to be discipline, as well as a highly satisfying substitute - and I have just the thing; a burger which is super healthy and nutritious, easy to make and will get any meat lover singing your praises.

A British Birthday Afternoon Tea | Part Three

Fortnum & Mason are an iconic British store, internationally known for their endless selection of high quality tea, conserves, confectionery and indulgent hampers. After browsing their website, I decided that I needed a replenishment of their Earl Grey, and a stroll on the spiral staircase; there was only one thing for it - to a book a table for two at the end of a long day in London.

Lobster And Milkshakes | Part Two

If you're a Londoner, or if you have visited The Smoke then you will be well aware that you are spoilt for choice when it comes too food, and that's exactly how I feel whenever I visit. With it being the final day of my birthday celebrations and being overly self-indulgent, we managed to fit in two cracking places before the ultimate afternoon tea booking that evening.

By the time we arrived our stomachs were rumbling, and there was only one thing our mind

A Long Birthday Weekend | Part One

Birthdays only come once a year, so when they do come around I like to make the most of it and spread out the celebrations with my most loved ones - and when it falls on a Sunday there is only one option: to have a long weekend and squeeze in as many favourite faces as possible.

And that's exactly what I did, starting on Saturday evening when my dancing shoes were dusted off and the lengthy food marathon began. My friends and I all gathered for some glasses of bubbly and strutted our way up to a dark room, aka Jamies Pizzeria - different to Jamies Italian, the menu is simple and authentic, producing fresh and rustic pizzas.
